The App does not record video or capture media without your explicit action.

Camera data is primarily processed locally on your device.
If you choose to upload a profile avatar, the selected image may be uploaded and securely stored on our servers or cloud storage services.

1.3 Smart Home and IoT Data

The App processes smart home–related data, including:

• Device identifiers
• Device status (e.g., on/off state, sensor readings such as temperature)
• Automation rules, scenes, and schedules
• Event history and operational logs

This data is required to provide core smart home functionality.

Such data may be:

• Stored on our backend servers
• Processed and stored by third-party smart home platforms (e.g., Tuya SDK)
• Temporarily cached on your device for performance purposes

1.4 Technical and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical information, including:

• App version and device type
• Error and crash logs
• Diagnostic data related to app performance

This information is used solely to improve app stability, reliability, and user experience.

1.5 Location, Bluetooth, and Network Access

The App may request access to:

• Location services (required by the operating system for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi device discovery)
• Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning

Location access is used to support features such as smart device pairing, connectivity, and other location-based functionality explicitly initiated by the user (for example, assisting with address selection or service availability). Location data is not used for continuous tracking.

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable smart home device setup, control, and automation

• Smart home and device data may be stored on our servers and on third-party smart home platforms such as Tuya.

We may share data with trusted third parties only when necessary to provide core functionality, including:

• Smart home platform providers (e.g., Tuya)
• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers

All third parties are required to process data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

The App uses push notifications to deliver important information such as:
